The Study On GGDP And Early Warning System In The Northern Energy Resources Chemical Industry Base Of Shaanxi Province

The essential feature and the construction principle of the eco-industry park (EIP) were studied, which were unified with the condition of the northern energy resources chemical industry base of Shaanxi Province(NBSP) to elaborate the feasibility and necessity of instructing EIP in NBSP. The guarantee measure was proposed in this article for instructing EIP in NBSP. The purpose of applying recycle economy to NBSP was to reduce the influence of environmental pollution and resources consumption in the exploiting of NBSP. The rationalized proposal was given in terms of theory and method to promote developing sustainably in NBSP.The GGDP was mainly analyzed in this article. First, the definition of GGDP was be determined. Second, the theory of GGDP calculation was be studied. In this foundation, the necessity and the difficulty of GGDP calculation were analyzed. Third, the input-output accounting was expanded on the base of studying and analysising the theory of input-output accounting. At last, combined with the characteristic of the EIP, the frame of green input-output accounting was set up for the EIP of NBSP. The model was analysised by the matrix analytical method. The calculation of GGDP was derived by this model.The early warning system of sustainable development in EIP was studied and discussed preliminary. The necessity of setting up the early warning system in EIP was confirmed by studying the basic theories of early warning system. Some coefficients of the green input-output accounting were chosen to construct the early warning indexes system of NBSP. The method of AHP was used to definite the weight of every indexes in the comprehensive early warning. The alert district was divided to observe which degree the early warning index is in. So rational measures could be taken to remove the alert by the indexes of alarm intensity.The research conclusion of this text were mainly as follows:a,According to expanding the model of the input-output accounting, the preliminary frame of green input-output accounting was set up for the EIP of NBSP ;b,The early warning system of developing sustainably was built. Some indexes were chosen from the green input-output accounting of the EIP. Initial analysis was carried on to the early warning system in this text.
