Study On Optimization Of Rural Residential Land In Urbanization

Urbanization is a process of expansion of urban regional space, its fast development can provide employment opportunity for people who transfer from rural area, and it also can offer land of permuted from rural to the urbanization. Land use change is a mirror that reflect the course of the human development, rural residential land that is an important type of land use, its change reflect the evolution of rural society in our country. There is a centuries-old history in rural development, for long time, village construction is in a condition of spontaneity, rural residential land changes with the amount of rural population.Since the reform and opening, with rapid development of socio-economic in Qingdao, there is a acute change in structure of rural socio-economic, a large amount of rural labor shift to non-agricultural domain, then rural economics increasingly thriving and prosperous. At the same time, the amount, structure and environment of rural residential land in Qingdao all have changed correspondingly. Hence, in areas that economy grow quickly, such as Qingdao, it is very important to study the rural residential land during urbanization. This paper mainly study from the following aspect:Firstly, we describe the current situation of rural residential land of Qingdao, then analyze the change of rural residential land in 1996-2004 from the perspective of amount and regional difference, based on this, we summarize and conclude the issues of rural residential land of Qingdao, consequently, we analyze the factors that affect the change of rural residential land in Qingdao; secondly, based on the change of rural residential land in Qingdao, after analyzing the intensive use of rural residential land of Qingdao, we find that there is a great potential in rural residential land in Qingdao, and this potential can be realized by consolidation and permutation of land, so we obtain the consolidation potential of rural residential land in Qingdao; thirdly, we describe the form, principle and requirement of layout of rural residential land, analyze the factors that affect the layout of rural residential land, summarize the issues of layout of rural residential land, and based on...
