Urban construction land demand of Haixi: total population, urban population through theestablishment of model to predict, as well as the demand analysis for industrial and miningenterprises in cities and towns, resulting in prefecture urban construction land requirements inHaixi;2. Potential of rural residential land consolidation in Haixi: Used per capita index method oncalculating theory of rural residential land consolidation potential of haixi, and amended throughthe comprehensive correction coefficient method for theoretical potential to get real potential ofrural residential;3. Hook supply coefficient of Haixi: According to the urban construction land demand andpotential of rural residential land consolidation of Haixi, select the rate of urban and ruralconstruction land supply to indicate the potential of rural residential land consolidation plan targetyear for construction purposes newly added level of satisfaction of needs.4.
