Analysis Of Rural Residential Areas Potential And Mode In Laiyuan

In recent years, with the advancement of urbanization, the rapid development of rural economy, the demand of construction land expands, the reserve land resources in China is lacking, cultivated land resources in contrast is to the tense situation. At the same time, our country rural area land use mode is extensive. To relieve the tense contradiction of supply and demand of construction land, the state shall encourage the reasonable planning, on the basis of rural land of rural residential land consolidation, and revitalize the stock of rural construction land. The purpose is to optimize the layout of residential area, improve land use efficiency. It is important to protect cultivated land, ease the situation between land supply and demand, develop rural economy, promote the urbanization process,improve the rural ecological environment.Based on the urban-rural integration theory, land property rights theory, sustainable development theory, location theory, regional differentiation theory and the statistical yearbook, the research studys seven town 10 township 285 administrative villages.By using the method of literature, combination with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, analytic hierarchy process(ahp) and entropy weight, the main research are current situation of rural residential areas, theory potential of the rural residential areas, potential comprehensive evaluation stage, mode and countermeasure, etc.The conclusion of this research:(1) The rural residential areas in laiyuan county has great potential. Now laiyuan county construction lack of rational planning of residential area, the rural residential areas idle phenomenon is outstanding. Land use efficiency is low, by controlling the rural residential areas can improve the utilization efficiency of land resources. This study use per capita construction land standard method to calculate the potential of the rural residential areas in the county in 2020 to 1307.99 hm2.(2)The rural residential potential distribution is uneven in laiyuan. By building the index system of this research analyzes the potential of the rural residential areas in the county. According to the degree of implementation, the county rural residential potential is divided into level 3. The first level towns including: baishishan, yangjiazhuang, laiyuan, nantun, beishifo; Secondary level towns including: dongtuanbao, yanmeidong, shangzhuang, shuibao, jinjiajing, zoumayi; The third level towns including: liujiazhuang, wulonggou, yinfang, wangan,tayayi, nanmazhuang.(3) The rural residential areas in laiyuan county is feasible. With the sustainable development of social economy, local fiscal revenue and farmers’ income increasing, rural residential areas finishing work can be a powerful financial support. The rural resident population decrease, housing land vacancy, may also provides the rural residential areas with reality. In addition, changing attitudes of farmers,related preferential policy, other areas, practice, create the necessary condition for the rural residential areas in laiyuan county.(4) The rural residential areas in laiyuan county is facing problems and challenges. Because the rural residential areas finishing work is an social and long-term. Long construction period and large investment is necessary, but effective is slow. Laiyuan county most of the villages and towns are still less developed areas of the economy. Rural residential areas propaganda work does not reach the designated position, the farmers’ willingness to consider is insufficient, lead to the larger resistance in the process of the rural residential areas. All these constitute the rural residential areas in laiyuan the challenge of work.Innovation points of this research are mainly on the research methods: First, using the per capita construction land standard calculation method to calculate the rural residential theory potential in laiyuan, theory potential is an important index in evaluation index system. Second, in order to improve the scientific evaluation, put most of the decisions between the importance of the indicators, wide index weight difference, this paper adopts a method combined with the subjective empower and objective empower empowerment. The subjective empower is the analytic hierarchy process(ahp), objective empowe uses the entropy weight method. The application value is the combination with subjective judgment and the situation.
