Every corporation has to be up against the new question in the course of development. How to increase the saleroom in face to current environment is a higher challenge to marketing team.LC Corporation of optical instrument product has a fast increased chance as the enterprise in other calling. They will not able to acquire their perfect achievement if they haven't excellent marketing team. LC Corporation has to improve her marketing team.This article analyses competitive status and market environment by abundant data from the strategic target of LC Corporation .This article indicates the question of LC Corporation in team configuration and market compartmentalizing and achievement estimate and dealer management. The article offers an answer aimed at these questions by the theory of marketing and organizational action and personnel resource management.LC Corporation must reform her marketing team by different region and service in local area and set targets and achievement's estimate logically for the strategic target.
