In the modern firm's administrative system, among the shareholder (owner ), general manager , line manager and even individual, trust responsibility ring upon ring , make every client and relation issue of agent of level become key issues of business administration. In this case, every client of different level provides guidance to the agent's management behaviour, evaluating management performance of the corresponding agent becomes the prerequisite of organizing management and administration.CIMCO is the specialized company engaged in bentonite mining, processing, and sales, which is founded on the basis of the summaries of domestic and foreign bentonite mining, production, advanced processing technology and the managerial experience. Whether the firm value judgment, or the operator achievements evaluation, all can help the firm to achieve the goal, create the high achievements, become the firm's power headstream of growth and development, and enable the firm to adapt the globalization competition environment, meet the challenge.The paper defines the concept of managing performance at first, thinking that it is the production that an organization achieves in respects of managing, growing up, and respect in order to realize one's own strategic objective during certainly managing periods, and the development ability that the organization shows during achieving these achievements.Secondly, according to the development strategic emphasis of CIMCO, the paper summarizes the managing performance goal as four respects of financial goal, customer, inside business efficiency, ability of study and grow up. And based on the principle of the index system and factors influencing on index choice, combining the characteristic of the mining market, the paper chooses the concrete index respectively under four managing performance goal.Then, the paper chooses the fuzzy comprehensive appraisal method to make a comprehensive assessment of managing performance of CIMCO, which processes three steps of confirming every index layers of weight, choosing every index grade method, and calculating.Finally, based on concrete data materials in recent years of CIMCO, the paper applies management performance evaluation index system to draw conclusion that the management performance state well of CIMCO, and that the overall competitive power awaits to improve further.
