A Study On The Subject Of Green Trade Barrier In China's Import Trade

The United Nations held the Human Environmental Conference, at which the issue of Trade and Environment is put forward for the first time. Since then, the issue has got extensive and close attention from the international society. Green Barriers is taking the place of tariff and other non-tariff barrier and becoming popular with economic globalization and the trade liberalization, and is utilized many western developed countries.China is a developing country and the level protecting environment is very poor which due to the low economic level. Environment gradually becomes a serious problem in China with the international trade increasing.Under this background, this article makes analysis and study with the title as "a study on the Subject of Green Trade Barrier in China's Import Trade", analyzing the essentiality for the establishment of Green Trade Barriers in china. At last the authors study the countermeasures to establish Green Barrier ,promote Chinese economic and trade.The writing frame of this article is as follows:The first part is the definition of Green Trade Barrier and the analysis of the cause of the rise of Green Barrier.The second part is the theoretical foundation of the whole text. At first the relationship between environment and trade which includes theory of trade interact with the environment, then the author include the Environmental Kuznets Curve and the influence factor to its topmost.The fourth part concentrates mainly on study about the countermeasures to build and utilize Green Trade Barrier from the view of government and enterprise. Through the case research in which haier-project success to expand the international market in area of refrigerator, the author hopes to suggest the Chinese enterprise.
