Green Trade Barriers On Agricultural Trade In China And Countermeasures

With the economic globalization and international trade development,the environment problem in international trade has attracted a great deal of attention around the world and it has become one of focuses in the international economic and political society.Thus many countries erect distinct policies regulation and technical standards related to trade and environment.Because of the large gap among countries in environmental technical standards and some defects of law clauses,Green Trade Barriers,as a new kind of NON-Tariff Barriers,is more and more important In international trade.On the basis of existing studies,this article analyzes the status and influence of the Green trade Barriers to agricultural products trade thoroughly and systematically by the method of theoretical and empirical analysis。Finally the article has given the countermeasure on how our textile industry leaping over the Green Barriers.Thesis is divided into six chapters.Chapter One introduce the study objective and significance of the Green Trade Barriers,and summarized the domestic and foreign research situation.The second chapter has mainly introduced the generating background of the Green Trade Barriers,and the future development trend is also advanced.The third chapter has carded on detailed analysis to the green quality level and system of the countries,the main agricultural products importer of our country.Chapter Four have studied on the positive and ill effects that the Green Barriers brought to our agricultural products trade.Further,on the basis of the analysis above,Chapter Five propose the concrete measures to break through the Green Trade Barriers for the problems in our country exports of agricultural products.Conclusion and prospect are given in Chapter Six.There are also some measures with future research direction being given.
