A Study Of Countermeasures Against The Green Barrier In The Exportation Of Bee Products Of Anhui Province

Now, the green barrier established by developed countries has sounded the alarm bell to agriculture of our country. Facing the quality of main market of our bee products, the safety and health and the technical standard are strictly day-by-day, which limits the exportation of bee products enormously.This thesis is intended to analyze this work from reason and background of "the green barrier", which summarizes the concept and the characteristic . Based on the current situation of our country, introduced the types of the green barrier which the bee products trade has encountered .In scientific way of analyzing to the foundation of our bee products exports which caused by the green barrier. I point out the concrete questions from ten aspects that Anhui province actually existed about exportation of bee product trade through investigating the manufacture of bee products and analyzing the current situation of Anhui province . After researching all the states of affairs fully, I think we should settle these problems from three administrative levels: government, profession association and production enterprise, then give my countermeasures against the green barrier in the exportation of our bee products separately .We should take measures positively for implementing the entire circles to exports from materials and guard the quality's safety rigorously in processing, management , packing, storage, transportation, sale, service and so on. Simultaneously, to enhance the pre-warning and strain capacity, the collection and the research should be strengthened promptly to the green barrier information of overseas .In recent years, bee industries of our province have strived for the development under the effort of every department and all the bee industry colleagues . Even if it is under the stern situation, the exports are still obtaining unexpected results. However, we still could not lower our guard when facing with the green barrier exportation of threshold that becoming much high. The green barrier will continue to bring the profound negative influence of market and consumer into play in quite long period.
