To some extent, competition among enterprises is subject to their competition for human resource. Human resource has become the prime factor that determines enterprises' existence and development. Facing the more and more complicated environment, enterprises must attract, hold, and make full use of talents by designing and adjusting the human resource system,especially the compensation and performance appraisal system. Modern enterprises cannot achieve prosperity unless they own perfect compensation and performance appraisal system, which has become the key aspects of human resource management and raised the standard of human resource management.Therefore, this thesis analyses the present situations of Huanjing Co.'s compensation and performance appraisal system so as to find out its main problems. The thesis consults applies other scientific methods of designing compensation and performance appraisal system in order to build a compensation and performance appraisal system that accords with Huanjing Co. and adapts to market economy, and make full use of the limited resources to maximally improve employees' enthusiasm.The thesis is composed of five parts. The first part mainly states the background purpose and signification of the researches and defines the scope of the researches. Then explains the basic theory of salary analyses the influence factors of salary and presents the definition of salary. The second part states Huanjing Co. current salary system, analyses the disadvantages of this system. The third part mainly states the object and principle of salary system design. Then the thesis redesigns the structure and level of salaries for the employees based on the job analysis, position evaluation and performance of achievement, redesigns the salary system for branches of Huanjing Co..The fourth part summarize feedback during practicing the salary system and presents some advice of new salary system.The results of the thesis may provide some valuable bases for the designation of salary system of medicine enterprises. |
