Research On Organization Designing Of Gaoyang Group

Enterprise organization is a gathered collective organism which based on business process and information stream, worked by job-division and coordination, in order to achieve enterprise's goal.Therefore, enterprise is the basic expressional form and way of enterprise's existence.. As long as we form enterprise's profession, responsibility, interest and authority, can an enterprise go balanced and people, wealth, substance and information----such factors go efficiently. So, scientific organizational design is the basic condition of scientific enterprise management.This thesis discusses how an enterprise diagnoses and design according to the changeable environment, and how it protect and consolidate the designed results through relevant rules and ways. So the organizational design in this thesis refers to"dynamic organization design". It means that it contains both the design itself of organization form and research to various problems in the process of operation.This thesis consists of six chapters. The first chapter was introduction, simply introducing Gaoyang Cooperation's backdrop and real meaning of organizational design for Gaoyang Cooperation; the second chapter researches the critical factor which influences an enterprise's organizational design; in the third chapter, I put forward the problems that existing in Gaoyang Cooperation and the methods how to handle these problems; in the forth part, we discuss Gaoyang Cooperation's organizational plan and its detailed measures; the fifth chapter researches the protective measures; the last part is summary and prospect.
