Organizational structure design is conducive to the rational allocation of enterprise resources to achieve strategic objectives,support,guided by the market,to meet customer demand,to lay the foundation for the efficient operation of enterprises,is of great significance for the sustainable development of enterprises.HTWY Company was founded in 1997,is a well-known domestic professional property management services integrator.After 20 years of development,property services have long been covered by the full format,the property services area of more than 60 million square meters.Today,the whole market environment is undergoing great changes every day.The capital market and information age are affecting all walks of life without exception,and traditional industries can not stay out of it.It is necessary to carry out the organizational structure design and establish a flexible and flexible team in order to keep moving steadily and steadily in this fast changing era.In this paper,HTWY company as the research object,by combing the relevant theories of organizational structure,using comparative study,open interviews and questionnaires to collect relevant data and information.First of all,the historical data of HTWY company are reviewed and analyzed and summarized;Secondly,the author makes an open-ended interview with 20 senior managers and core managers,and makes statistical analysis of the results;Third,150 questionnaires were issued to middle and primary level managers,and 142 valid questionnaires were collected,involving 21 questions.Based on the above investigation results,with emphasis on HTWY company managers again interviewed exchanges,found the company structure and development speed does not match,not smooth part of the organization operation,summed up the HTWY company headquarters and secondary units set unreasonable,responsibility is not clear,The low quality of the personnel management system,assessment is not perfect,Functional departments?between managers is not smooth communication.In view of these questions,the author according to HTWY company organizational change request,under the guidance of its strategic planning,the organizational structure has been optimized from the aspects of departments and functions,responsibilities,permissions,project department,key posts and responsibilities.First of all,breaking the functions of the original departments,re-sorting,setting up functional centers,and adding budget audit department,the general manager of various departments to re-sort the responsibilities;Secondly,the re-establishment of functional units of the secondary units,the responsibility to re comb,breaking the original huge units,and set up new secondary units,in addition,the Ministry of project setting standards were combed.Finally,according to the characteristics of HTWY Company,a series of guarantee measures are put forward from the aspects of enterprise culture,financial management,human resources,assessment management and information technology.For the property industry,this paper has important reference significance in organizational structure design,strategic choice and long-term stable development.
