A Study On The Perfromance Management System For T Express Company

As the global economy is increasingly pressing up,and market competition is fierce day by day, the management for modern enterprise is different from the traditional concept of management, which just including the management of the production, facility, capital and sales, the human resource management has become the corn of the management. One enterprise, which wants to be success in the fierce competition, must continuous improving the work efficiency of every employee, which will influence directly or indirectly the realization of the enterprise's strategy target and task. A full set of effective performance management system will guarantee the realization of strategy.This thesis focuses on integrating the advanced performance management theory into the management practice of T Express Company, to redesign the performance management system and implementation scheme for the need of the human resources management to improve the development of the employee and the enterprise.In the first part, we review the relative theory of performance management and in the second part, we give brief introduction of T Express Company, provide detailed analysis and diagnose towards current performance management status of the company, and bring up the idea of performance management system design. The third part gives detailed design for the performance management system of the company. In the fourth part, we combine the practice example to explain the KPI system design for the T Express company. The fifth part gives detailed explanation for the implementation and the result application of the Performance Management. The last part is the conclusion.
