Strategic alliance, also called cooperative arrangement, is a kind of combined "operation which is conducted by two or more transnational corporations due to the expectation on the world market and their objectives at large. Strategic alliance is latest tendency in international car industry recombination as well as an important strategy and organization form in the profit obtaining and innovation ability studying. Chinese auto components enterprises are trying to from strategic alliance with MNC. Through the alliance, enterprises can reduce the product and transaction cost to gain the profit. As a result, enterprises competitive power can be improved dramatically.Setting strategic alliance with MNC in Chinese auto components enterprises has great significance in improving enterprises competitive power and optimizing Chinese auto industry structure. The purpose of this paper is to provide theory instruction to the mode of Chinese auto components enterprises strategic alliance.At present, there are many researches focus on strategic alliance of multinational auto industry, but less on strategic alliance of multinational auto components industry. Therefore, this paper is trying to make more research on development of multinational auto components industry based on the existing achievements from home and broad.This paper makes the systematic analysis on the actuality of Chinese auto components industry and multinational strategic alliance by relative theory. It points out that the necessity of implementing multinational strategic alliance and provides detailed strategy on how to set up strategic alliance in auto components industry. The whole paper consists of seven parts. The introduction mainly talks about research purpose and meaning. The second chapter, the third chapter and the fourth chapter mainly discuss the theory of strategic alliance, the factors of establishing Chinese auto components enterprises strategic alliance and the actuality of Chinese auto components enterprises. The fifth and sixth chapters are the key parts of this paper. They provide some practical instructions on how to set up multinational strategic alliance through deep research on process management and integrated management. At last, it shows the research result and shortcoming of this research.
