To Develop And Study Recycling Economic System In Xinzheng Mining Area

Coal Industry is an important basic industry for China's national economy. Coal Industry serves as a strategy energy accounting for more than 2 in 3 of overall primary Energy Supply Consumption in our country. There being an abundant supply of coal, coal is still dominating energy structure. However,Coal Industry has such problems as high consumption, high pollution and resources limitation etc. The development and utilization of coal is seriously restricted by this.China, a country in a key economic developing period, is facing so large a challenge.Through the study of developing coal resource in Xinzheng Mining Area, combining with overall strategy plan of economic development in this city, and also analyzing comprehensive resources of surrounding areas, this paper puts forward a tentative idea of building coal circulating economic industrial area. Following the principle of"Everything has its future, at the same time everything has its own beginning and end."Good beginning, good end. We must change original traditional developing mode, which was"too much exploitation, too much consumption, too much abandoning, too much pollution and pre-pollution, post-under control".The new mode of"reducing, reusing and recycling"is becoming the basic characteristics in building a characteristic mining circulating industrial area. The founding of this new sustainable developing mining area is a valuable reference to the other mining areas.
