"The problem of human resource is a problem of strategy",that is not only for country and nation but also for enterprise. People has reach common ground gradually of that market competition is determined by the competition of human resource, human resource is the key factor for a enterprise to realize its goal. Based on the problem of human resource problem, it is a urgent task to keep, absorb and use the talented person. Performance management is one basic issue of human resource development and management in an enterprise. This thesis probes into how to set up the performance management system according to the developing trend of human resources and practical demand of enterprises.This thesis makes use of advanced theories and research results , such as Modern Management Science, Human Resource Management, Organization Behavior Science, Strategy Management, Investigation and Data Analysis to establish a performance management process and a performance index system more general , efficient and practicable, realizing the change of the performance management process from vague to distinct and the change of the index system from short-term achievement to long-tem achievement.This thesis applies theoris and research results motioned above in detail to Beijing AA Co.,Ltd., in view of present situation, which is characterized by organization structure unadaptable to the company's development strategy; lack of systematic personnel training; short of viable performance appraisal system; unsound motivation of compensation system, designing a series of specific plans about establish the performance management system, such as organization structure regulation, salary structure regulation, performance process design, motivation plan.Hope this research can inspire the counterparts and administrators by sharing the experiences of solving enterprise problems on human resource performance management.
