Training is not only an important part of human resource management, but also a major path to improve educational level of employee. Under the new developing situation and strategic requirement of Huabei Oilfield, how to boost the efficiency of training work, achieve the prospective purpose, meet the need of educational level of employees that the company required, promote the level of training management work, it's especially important to evaluate the work of training.This thesis introduces the theory and representative operation of training evaluation at home and abroad first, then based on the study of main international evaluation model, combining with the situation of Huabei Oilfield, a training evaluation model that adapted to the character of large-scale-enterprise in China is constructed. By using proper evaluation method, a system framework of training evaluation of Huabei Oilfield is established, therefore index weighting and evaluation standard are set on by using modernization managing method, and empirical study is made to prove the system. At last, the conclusion of the study is drawed according the achievement, and suggestions are put forward to carry on the training evaluation work in Huabei Oilfield.
