The Research On Reengineering The Salt Logistics Systematic Process In SD Company

Firstly, this paper explains the concepts and connotations of logistics and systematic process reproduction, accounts for the aims and structures of the modern logistics management theory and the logistics system analysis. The basic methods of process reengineering as well as the principles of process analysis and reengineering are also discussed in this paper. To solve the problems existing in the salt logistics systems of SD Company, this paper puts forward to the practical ways to carry out the process reengineering of logistics management by using business process reengineering and modern logistics management theories.Secondly, this paper supplies a completely new design to SD Company's salt logistics system on the basis of the applicable standards of modern logistics and the present situations of SD logistics. Meanwhile, according to the delivery models made by the process reengineering and the methods of operations–research, this paper by means of setting up its mathematics models also discusses the location selection for the salt-delivery center in various districts including the concrete methods and steps to do it.Finally, this paper points out that the profit prediction shows that the reengineering of salt logistics systematic process is not only essential but also feasible because if SD Company's salt logistics systematic process can be reengineered successfully, it will serve the revolutions in the service industries especially the salt industry and provide practical experiences for our country's monopoly industries to step in the open markets .
