E-Commerce is a kind of fresh subject which developed recently, as well as a kind of new industry which has great potential. Based on discussion about some principles, a detail analysis to E-Commerce carry on step by step in this paper, with a sample of'e-sold'project.I established Esold Com. in Jun. 2003 by myself, and was an specialized E- Commerce net about cosmetics business. In 2005, investment strategy of company has expanded to operation combined by sales on line & sales in normal shop. With method of setup membership interlock shops and sharing source with sales on line, steadily increasing count of membership & sales achievement has formed. in future it will become a interlock system with greatly members in all country, thus can lead to a large cash stream both in traditional sales channel & E-Commerce channel. Unitl now, e-sold is first specialized cosmetics E-Commerce net which have traditional shop as experience center of member. In this thesis, this kind of new operation mode has been expounded. Another, some problem happened in practice is probing & research, too. At the same time, a plan of development strategy mode of e-sold in future has be point out.
