To Study Of Selecting Supplier Based On The Green Supply Chain

Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) is a strategy which takes environmental actors into consideration when managing the supply chain. It aims to realize green design, green purchase, green production and green sales through both inter cooperation among different sections of an enterprise and cooperation between upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain. Through this way, the supplier plays a very important role and there are some new items and demands in comparison with the traditional supply section environment management. This thesis focuses on the discussion of selecting satisfying suppliers and how to maintain supply chain partners relationship so that a more reasonable supply chain management is obtained.This thesis firstly analyzes the differences of traditional and modern evaluation methods of enterprise performances. Based on the comparative analyses, several enterprise performance evaluation methods are proposed and a performance evaluation index system is designed, too. Then according to the content of GSCM and GAHP method, the key threshold value and the green corrected value are proposed. The concepts and the methods on how to obtain the value are given, too. Finally we research a case on an enterprise.This thesis applies quantitative method and qualitative method to determine whether under the GSCM environments how to promote environmental performance and economic performance of an enterprise; it also provides a reference for an enterprise putting the theory into practice.
