Design And Analysis On Evaluation Index System Of Circular Economy

Nowadays, the global economy is suffering an identical process, scholars at home and abroad all focus on sustainable development research. They make great efforts to both economic development and environmental protection. As a new resource using pattern and a new notion , circular economy is now playing a very important role in sustainable development during the human society history. In China,since circular economy is a new field during recent years, research in academia is just in primary phase.This thesis draws lessons from the newest achievements of circular economy both at home and abroad, it also bases on national conditions to summarize the theory system, function model and evaluation frame. The main contents include the following aspects. The first two chapters refer to the questions related and expound the intension and theoretical foundation of circular economy. They are useful to make foundation for the next several chapters. The third chapter sets up the frame model on the foundation of analyzing the evaluation index system of regional circular economy, and makes a demonstration based on Fujian Province. The fourth chapter collects and sorts the relevant materials, works on typical analysis of cases, and then establishes the basic concepts in agriculture, industry and the service industry circular economy. The fifth chapter proposes the main conclusions and problems remained for further study.This thesis is directed by the ideas of sustainable development ideology. Moreover, scientific methods are introduced into the analysis. It's a great innovation that this thesis analyses and constructs the index system theoretically and empirically. At the theoretical level, core contents and characteristics of circular economy are pointedly summed up through reading books and other work manuscripts related. On the other hand, this thesis summarizes the construction of index system according to the direction of statistical perspective and quantitative analysis, refering to regional circular economy, agriculture circular economy, industry circular economy and service industry circular economy. Besides, on the empirical level, appropriate models are chose for the corresponding demonstrations. Consequently, theory and demonstration are well combined.
