Research On The Evaluation Of Land Banking

Shanghai Land development Center, which was the first land banking institution in China, was founded In August 1996, and Hangzhou established land banking system the next year. From then on, urban land banking was developed fast all over the country. Land banking system was established in foreign countries much earlier, and many scholars have made a lot of researches on theoretical and practical problems about land banking. But with the focus on the system of land banking, researches about the evaluation of land banking is a blank. The biggest production of this dissertation is the land banking evaluating system, which includes microcosmic land banking project evaluation, medial-scopical land banking one-year plan evaluation and macroscopical land banking plan evaluation.In chapter one, this dissertation summarized both domestic and foreign research on land banking, and gave a brief explanation about the main content. In chapter two, the system of land banking evaluation was established based on the summarization, In the next five chapters, microcosmic, medial-scopical and macroscopical evaluation were discussed. In the following chapter, this dissertation took land banking planning of Baoshan, Shanghai as an example, made a practical research on the benefit evaluation of Baoshan land banking plan. In the finality, the conclusions and problems requiring further studies were discussed.
