Then based on this, focusing on the strategic target, the author expounds the varied strategies in the different development phases, namely the route of implementation. The strategic target of Tianjin central fishing port is a comprehensive fishery economic area, a destination of tour with fishery character, a seashore new town suitable for living, a contracted Binhai new area.In order to put the development strategy in practice effectively, we must serve themarket of hinterland, set up the function of aquatic-product logistics, so as to consolidate the consumer's trading habit of site choosing, establish a new comparative advantage of attractiveness. We can attract foreign finance technology enterprises and personnel by great investment in advance, and form them into a local rooted enterprise combination through a wonderful serving mechanism. Finally, we will take the historic opportunity; turn over our weakness greatly to realize our strategic target.
