This paper analyses the market environment faced by Haibowan electric power project and studies the forecast of power demand and the evaluation of its development sustainability. The main works are as follows: 1.It defines the sustainable development of fire power enterprise. 2.It analyses the internal environment and the external environment faced by Haibowan electric power project, which provide a basis for post- evaluation of the project. 3.
