| During the present personnel system reform, it is an important content that the performance of the managerial staff is examined. But domestic performance research that examine in managerial staff and practice very much enough at present, lack the effective and feasible method to appraising the managerial staff 's performance. In this paper, the theoretical research and method about the domestic and international performance are analyzed. Then the characteristic and basic appraisal key elements of managerial staff are analyzed. On the basis of above-mentioned analyses, the mode and thinking of appraising performance of managerial staff are discussed. Then the index system for appraisal is established. The Datang Baoding Co-generration Power Plant is used as an example to analyze the question of appraising enterprise's current managerial staff's performance. Then improving suggestions are proposed, the index system of the appraisal are quantified. The effective and feasible managerial staff's performance appraisal method are put forward. The appraisal method accords with enterprise's present actual conditions, have operational and innovative the very strong one. |
