Study Of Project Schedule Management For LBS's PHS Distributing System Indoor

Enterprisesis are shortening project cycle of new products development in order to survive in competitive market. How to finish the project of new product development on schedule is a challenge for all enterprises as well as a research subject in project management field.Focus on tracking process in time, delaying, controlling and adjusting and collecting data continually, the author will investigate schedule management for LBS's PHS distributing system indoor.Firstly, the mode of project schedule management about telecom enterprises abroad is investigated and it is necessary to analyze the project schedule management for LBS's PHS distributing system indoor.Secondly, the necessary preparation is proposed in order to set target and scope of project and analyze WBS of LBS'project in this dissertation. Thirdly, the basic task of project schedule management is disassembled on the basis of project activities. Based on the analysis of the factors of man-hour rations of designing product, a series of formula for calculating man-hour rations of designing product is established. The dissertion introduces methods that identified and analysized project schedule deviation, proposes using arrow line to identify the project schedule deviation. The dissertion discussed the strategies and means regard as optimizing and adjusting project schedule. The dissertion also indicated that project schedule would be influenced by the project professional management process which included project cost control, project-purchasing management, project quality control etc.Finally, the program and principal of project schedule management information system are probed into the dissertation, so as to raise project schedule management e fficiency and trace actual schedule and schedule differences.
