Application Of Project Management Method In The Indoormulti-networkcoverage Of Huaian Health Vocational School

Nowadays,the requirement for the indoor communication has been improved,so does the standards of indoor distribution system engineering.Meanwhile,the management of room construction projects has been challenged,and one of the core objectives to ensure that the project should be completed on schedule.The construction quality and progress of the indoor distribution project of colleges and universities should be compliance with the instructions of school managers,supervision institutions,and construction entities,etc.Therefore,it is a management task in how to apply the theory of project scheduling into the construction of the room division system with the objectives of improving the efficiency of project management and guaranteeing the schedule and quality.The Huaiyin Health School's indoor distribution system project constructed by Huai'an Tower Company is the company's first project in major communication infrastructure sharing system.Since the project manages have to coordinate with three major telecommunication operators during the construction,the project management is extremely crucial.Based on the project,this paper is an empirical study to apply the theory and method of project schedule management to indoor distributed construction projects.Firstly,the paper reviews the existing research and related theoretical methods,secondly,it introduces the general situation and requirements of the Huaiyin Health School room construction project,thirdly it discusses the framework of the project schedule,and at last it discusses and summarizes the project schedule control management in the specific project.The research focuses on the project schedule and the project schedule control.The methods used mainly include Gantt chart,critical path and three-point estimation method.Given the constant adjustment of customer demands,the project is guaranteed to be completed on schedule.The construction phase of the project was planned in 177 days,but it was completed in 166 days,saving 11 days.The research in this paper finds that using the theory and method of project schedule management can effectively improve the level of room construction project management,which plays an important role in guaranteeing project construction period,ensuring project quality and fulfilling customer needs.The research results of this paper have been implemented in the construction of the Huaiyin Health School room project,which has significantly improved the construction progress of the base station and achieved satisfiable application results.At the same time,as the first major communication infrastructure sharing construction of Huai'an Iron Tower Company The project,its experience in the progress management provides reference for other similar projects,and it provides a reference for the future development of 5G systems and 2G,3G,4G,which is conducive to the implementation of the "network power" strategy.
