The Research On 6sigma Appliance In Employee's Training Improvement

Employee is the most important inner customer of HRM department. Employee's training is a important point of HRM. Improving the effect of employee's training is one of the most important methods to consummate the HRM system.In this report, the concept of employee's training and 6sigma have been analyzed, and the concept of 6sigma and tools have been suggested to review the HRM jobs and to improve the effect of employee's training.In order to improve the effect of employee's training by 6sigma, the current state should be comprehended first, then by the process of analyzing, the process and the factors related to the effect of training should be defined. After defining the improvement factors and setting up the target, the measurement system should be decided. Those data which related with the effect of training will be collected and measured to calculate the level of sigma by 6sigma analysis tools and methods. By analyzing those data, the deeper cause which called"vital few"will be fixed on. Then the improvement countermeasure should be built up and applied.In this report, those illegibility of employee's training have been cleared by applying the core concept and tools of 6sigma in HRM, and a new thought of HRM has been provided.
