As the knowledge economy arrival, a capital revolution initiated. The people gradually realized,"Person"is the leading strength, which uses the natural resource, the financial capital. Therefore, the human capital, as the new capital type mounts the historical arena, and becomes"the first capital"to receive the widespread attention.However, as the"first capital", the study of how to manage human capital is at the lag. Regardless of the enterprises, the training organizations, the facilitating agencies or the individual, their human capital management can neither effectively use its dominance party, nor fully excavate its recessive ness one.This article will aim at this phenomenon, study each kind of human capital management main body's way, and give the improvement comment. The author will specially take the head-hunting companies as example, uses the way of data mining, improves its dominant, the recessive human capital management method, and will make the method to apply in the Beifang head-hunting company for explanation.
