Research On The Niche Strategy Of YG Head-hunting Company

Flowing the development of economy globalization and the regional integration, the employers demand for more highly-competent employees, and the talents become more fluid. So the head-hunting company, which serves specially for the talented people, has became more widespread concerned by the employers. Nowadays in China, the development of the headhunting industry is still in preliminary stage, so many different kinds of head-hunting companies are of varying quality. Therefore, if the small and medium-sized enterprises want to capture their own part of market in the competitive environment, the Niche Strategy should be noticed, which is the key to continue in the crevice to strive for the survival. For those enterprises, after confirming the Niche Market, the relative strategy can be established; afterwards, they can make full use of their advantages and build their market barriers. Thus it can be noticed that the Niche Strategy is a kind of market competitive strategy for the small and medium-sized enterprises. This dissertation will mainly study on YG Head-hunting Company, use the Niche theory, and combine the current situation of the headhunting industry with the recent operating model of the head-hunting companies, develop YG company’s Niche Strategy, thereby provide some solutions and suggestions of Niche Strategy for Chinese small and medium-sized head-hunting enterprises.This dissertation will adopt the method of literature index to analyse the Niche Strategy, and then discuss the practicability of the strategy. Meanwhile combining the theory with practice, the essay will do fully analyzing of Chinese and Dalian headhunting industry. Then with the basic information and SWOT of YG company, this essay also adopting the method of case study to consider the YG company’s Niche Strategy. Finally, This dissertation will determine the management strategy of YG Company under the Niche Strategy by using the corporate strategic theories. Through explaining the YG company’s route planning, strategy implementation and strategy protection, this dissertation will give the meaning and suggestion of the Niche Strategy to the similar small and medium-sized enterprises.
