The Study On Intellectual Property Protection Of Enterprise Intellectual Outsourcing Intermediary Website

As a rising out-sourcing mode, enterprise intellectual out-sourcing intermediary website provides benefits to intellectual resource demander, website and intellectual resource provider, becoming a new way of resource allocation. By studying the operating method of enterprise intellectual out-sourcing intermediary website, this paper emphasizes on the trend of enterprise development in China, making them use resource more efficiently and save more resources to promote operating efficiency of the whole society. What more important is that the promotion of this kind of operating method could bring more benefits to most medium and small-sized enterprises all because they have a problem of shortage of funds and resources that leads to the difficulty of their survival.However, one potential issue may prevent it from development--the issue of intellectual property protection. Intellectual property protection plays a very important role in management study, becoming one of the major concerns of theoretical study. Especially in enterprise intellectual out-sourcing intermediary website, some intellectual resource providers suffer from the abuse of intellectual property even without knowing it. While some others do know the existence of intellectual property abuse, they can do nothing about that. This paper theorizes the issue of intellectual property in website, and sums up different situations of intellectual property. In the end, I offer relevant suggestions to resolve the issue of intellectual property protection in enterprise intellectual property out-sourcing.
