| Technological Innovation (TI) and Intellectual Property (IP) Protection are new topics for the science of management. As the times of knowledge-based economy comes, study of these topics are of vital theoretical and realistic significance.The purposes of study of TI and IP Protection are: to make enterprises recognize the interactive rules between TI and IP Protection after knowing their cormotations and features, to study how to own, use and protect IP, to enable IP to convoy TI, and to improve enterprises' creativity and competitiveness through bringing the functions of IP into full play.This paper is specialized in studying the protection of enterprises' IP from the angle of internal mechanism of TI and IP. After analyzing the internal mechanisms, the author studies the tactics for every case of TI, focusing on the management of enterprises' IP Moreover, the author introduces the successful experience of Haier's TI and IP Protection and Toyota's management mode of patents and application of patent documents in TI. Accordingly, the author designs DFM's management mode of IP based on the enterprise's reality. |
