Manager Professionalization is not only the proposition of modern enterprise system, but also the core of "Manager Revolution". With the continuous standardization and rational development of real estate in China, real estate enterprises need a team of professional managers, whose occupation is engaging in enterprise management. The emergence and development of real estate professional managers is inevitable product of the development of Chinese Real Estate Industry, and is also the basic demand of sustained, rapid and sound development of real estate industry. Manager professionalization is not only natural choice of market economy and establishment of modern enterprise system, but also the objective needs of sustained, rapid and sound development and standardization of real estate industry.The professional managers system in west developed-countries is comparatively mature, especially in America and Japan. Improved rules and regulations, mature professional managers market and good self-management sill makes professionalization extent in these countries are higher. However, the development of professional managers in China is comparatively slow, and real estate professional managers in our country are evermore new troops. The concept of real estate professional manager is fuzzy, the "non-professionalization" phenomena is serious, and this even becomes the bottleneck of the healthy development of real estate. Therefore, to research the professionalization of real estate managers is of profound theoretical and practical significance. This paper first reviews theories of manager's professinalization, describes the emergence and development of professional managers troop and totally interpretations the definition and characteristics of professional managers and professinalization. Then, this paper describes the overall present situation of Chinese real estate professional managers, the market and individual living environment of professional managers. According to this, deeply analyze exited problem of Chinese real estate professional manager's professinalization. The serious disequilibrium has occurred in the balance of supply and demand of real estate professional managers, the market of real estate professional managers is abnormal, individual professionalethical standards is lack, and the capacity of operation and management skill is absent. All of these indicate that the market of Chinese real estate market is not mature, effective professional managers market still hasn't be established, the selection, incentive and restraining mechanism in real estate professional managers is unsound. Real estate manager's professional ethical standards and operation management skills are week.Built on the mature professional managers system of west developed-countries, to speed up the process of Chinese real estate professional managers, we can carry out as follows: in macro control aspect, we should promote real estate to develop healthier and steadily, establish improved regulations and laws, strengthen the construction of social credibility and operation management's archives mechanism of real estate professional managers; in professional managers markets, to build a good living environment of real estate professional managers, establish and improve modern enterprise system, carry out national, uniform and standard professional qualifications of real estate professional managers, and improve incentive and restraining mechanism of real estate managers. At the same time, to improve self overall qualities of professional managers, form good professional ethical standards and loyalty and cultivate the sense of creation.
