The Assessing & Prompting On The Synergy Competency Model Of Project Team

The success of project management depends on the cooperation of project team. This paper thoroughly studies the competencies needed in order to finish project object successfully. It builds the synergy competency model of project team along with its assessing and inspiring system. The disquisition forms the synergy competency model,analyzes the multilevel factors concerning the order parameter and discusses the running mechanism of synergy competency in different phrase of the development based on the theory of self-organizing and the method of synergy. Based on the synergy competency model of project team,this paper quantitates the quality index using the Analytic Hierarchy Process and the theory of Fuzzy mathematics,and computes the order-parameter which called the synergy competency index of project team. So we can assess the synergy competency of project team. In order to exert the intrinsic potential of project team,the paper puts forward the composition,process and team members inspiring system,and sets up a synthesis inspiring system. Consequently,they can promote the team and organization developing efficiently. The paper carries out the demonstration investigation on the academy of war industry which is representative and persuasive.Through the qualitative and quantitative analysis to the synergy competency of project team,the paper explants two basis contents—assessing and inspiring system,and provides the useful theory and case for the project managers. It not only advances the whole performance of the project team,but also improves the level of the synergy competency of the project team and promotes the implement of project smoothly. Meanwhile as the main basic for payment,encouragement,promotion and etc. It can also enrich the theory of project management.
