Research On Technical Framework To Support Urban New Generation Productivity

Currently, people working environment permeates with mess information, information technology, doing more work at the same time and all of this increase the pressure of city staffs. Further more, this will decrease the effectiveness of city staffs. So that, visualizing important information, improving effectiveness of information understanding, creating an efficient cooperative work environment with safety and reliability, sharing social information in a large scale those are necessary to improve city productivity when information technology and network have developed highly.This paper has done the work of constructing technology framework of the new generation of urban productivity for the systematic and comprehensive analysis integrating theory with practice research methodologies. In theoretical research, summing up the status quo of the new generation productivity at home and abroad firstly; then constructing the technology framework and providing the influencing factors of the new generation productivity; at last, do lot of work to construct the technology framework. The paper Takes Beijing for example in empirical research, does much work about status quo and problems still existed of Beijing firstly; then provides some suggestions to make a better development of new generation productivity in Beijing.After understanding the outline of this paper definitely, this paper completes the following idiographic tasks:At first, based on summing up the characteristics and rules of productivity in each stage and practical problems which enterprises and staffs always encounter, this paper abstracts the characteristics and content of the new generation productivity with the back ground of internet and information technology. It plays an important part in enterprises development theoretically and will help us to reacquaint the meaning of productivity in information society.Secondly, analyzing the characteristics and environment of information technology, using the method of independent variable and variable, summing up the influencing factors of developing the new generation productivity in foreign typical city, those are significant to develop the new generation productivity in the qualified cities in China.Thirdly, choosing technologies for each tier of technical framework rationally, constructing a three-tier technical framework to support the new generation productivity in modern cities combining with analysis of influencing factors and the characteristics of the new generation productivity. And then the paper does a lot of work to analyze the relationship of each tier and technologies in order to make the technical framework more objectively and rationally.At last, providing some technical advice and outlook for Beijing to develop the new generation productivity combining with the level of information technology and the framework of the new generation productivity, this is very important for improving urban competitiveness of Beijing and providing experience for national industry construction of the new generation productivity.
