The Production Innovation Management Mode Research In The Medium-small-sized Enterprise Of China

This article expound production innovation abstractly, then the author use the literature search, information collection analysis, demonstration analytical method and action survey to illuminate that how to increase the production innovation in the Medium-small-sized enterprise of China. On the base of Schumpeter's definition of production innovation, this article depict the system of production innovation in Medium-small-sized enterprise, and reveal the risk in the system. Especially, the article find the ways to fight with the venture. The strategy plan of production innovation for the Medium-small-sized include the production programming, the project exploitation, the ability development, the resource scheme and all that. These elements match with rationalization, and point out the direction of production innovation in the Medium-small-sized enterprise. Subsequently, the author researched the current status of production innovation in the Medium-small-sized enterprises, and summarized the predominance and the inferior position of production innovation in the Medium-small-sized enterprise of China. Thereby, the author gave some constructive advises for them.
