With knowledge economy era coming, intellectual capital has become the basically productive factor of the business organizations. To meet with the need of international competition, it is very important to build an integrated and scientific compensation incentive mechanism for Chinese knowledge workers to gain organizational competitiveness in the market.We write this paper according to the thought of "present a problem analyze a problem solve a problem by connecting theory and demonstration. Now we will introduce this paper concretely. The first part is introduction, which tells us the background of this paper. And the second part brings forward the problems by discussing knowledge worker's compensation home and abroad. The third part analyzes compensation motive system in the academic view. And the fourth part is the centre of this paper, which bring forward the way to build knowledge worker's compensation motive system by analyzing the factor to determine the system. And the fifth part validates the theory by importing a case.In this paper we have two innovations. The first one is the view of study. We base on the amalgamation of economics and management, and at the same time we both integrate sociology and psychology and other theories to analyze the knowledge worker's compensation motive system roundly. The second one is in the content. We emphasize to compare and analyze the general situation of knowledge worker compensation in LENOVE group by linking the popular compensation theory and mode in the world, in order to provide suggestions for our compensation motive system.
