Research On The Model Of Human Resource Management Of Water Conservancy Project Based On Competence Theory

The competence theory put forward by McClelland (famous American psychologist) in early days in 1970's provide the new method and sight to establish the new human resource management model. The application of competence theory in human resource management changes the traditional mode of human resource management; adapt the variety of the management environment.Nowadays project management is the main model of production activities in water conservancy, and without any doubt, the human resource management based on competence theory is the important content for the study of human resource management in water conservancy.This paper mainly completes these following works:(1) Establishing the general frame model of human resource management based on competence theory; (2) One case is particularized. This case is enumerated to demonstrate how to use competency model and how to use the result of the appreciation.
