To counter this state of affairs of competition at construction market of China, investigation from all sides for present condition and competition situation of construction trades at home and abroad has been made. According to experience of management and policy-making of engaged in construction, the general plan of management of Chinese construction enterprises under international competition conditions has been put forward. It has tried to increase the combat effectiveness of Chinese construction enterprises with the aid of reform of management thought.To counter problems existed in management of China construction enterprises, some ideas and proposals to improve have been advanced, such as safety management, standardization management, finance management, cost management, file management, management of two layer projects, risk management, the service competition, price management of construction, management creation, contract management, environment management, management of machines and equipments, technocracy, management of managed, competition tactics, internal cost management, management of paid taxes, management of labour force resource, management of construction contract, management of the construction garbage, claim management, strategy of bid to compete, grew and management of the immaterial assets, management floating of goods and materials, purchased and management of goods and materials, the spot management, project cost management, coordination management, informational management, management of account receivable, employee pressure management, strategy cost management, protection and management of intelligent property right, and quantity management.
