With the development of information technology, the need of information technology talent from enterprise in our country becomes larger and larger. But because understanding between them is not enough, enterprise always can not find proper person when recruiting, and enterprise has to waste a lot of cost to continue to recruit over again. So if enterprise can take use of talent assessment before engaging them and try their best to learn more about job seeker, a lot of waste can be avoided. This paper outspreads the research on information technology talent of enterprise, and constructs indexes system of assessment about information technology talent of enterprise, and hopes to provide some reference for enterprise.First, this paper makes some research about background of information technology talent of enterprise, and discusses the production of talent assessment, and analyzes the meanings and introduces foreign and domestic research actuality about talent assessment and information technology talent, then summarizes the objective, meaning, content, method, speciality of this research.Second, this paper defines the range of information technology and meanings of information technology talent of enterprise, then analyzes their common character and requirement for information technology talent of renterprise, also thinking, psychology, analyzes lifecycle of information technology talent of enterprise at length.Third, this paper discusses academic foundation of information technology talent assessment of enterprise, and constructs indexes system of information technology talent assessment of enterprise by material analysis and Delphi technology, and builds fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Then this paper introduces some methods of talent assessment, and discusses some mehods that information technology talent assessment of enterprise may use.Then, this paper shows how to construct and use the standard system by software development position of the company of ABC, and designs weightiness of every index by the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process.Lastly, this paper points out the shortage and problems which should be researched continually on the ground of conclusion and outcome of this research.
