With the knowledge workers gradually become the main body of social work talent competitiveness constitutes the core competitiveness of the core part of the human resources has become the most valuable business resources.However most of the enterprises in the case of recruitment training and use of inefficient therefore how to design a reasonable recruitment index system and targeted to achieve the promotion and training of personnel increasingly subject to the attention of enterprises.Based on the competency of the quality of personnel assessment is the use of scientific methods for the subject to the objective and true evaluation the goal is to assess the quality of personnel through talent to improve the quality of recruitment and recruitment effect to achieve the best match.Through the understanding of the company's recruitment status SY know that the early recruitment of most of the assessment methods in a single or simple linear addition the evaluation tool is not a job-oriented.To this end this paper is based on the theory of talent competency comprehensive use of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis SPSS statistics and so on qualitative research and quantitative analysis of the combination of SY company recruitment evaluation indicators were designed and empirical analysis.This paper first discusses the purpose and significance of the research of "SY Company Talent Assessment Case Study" and explores the research route and framework by discussing the research achievements of advanced evaluation theory at home and abroad.Secondly it expounds the theory and recruitment of talent quality assessment.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the recruitment of SY company and makes a basis for the design of the follow-up recruitment evaluation.Then it is reasonable to divide the company's job into three categories to determine the evaluation index.The standard is expounded and the evaluation indexes of R & D posts business positions and functional positions are determined.In the training and promotion of talent on the SY company Jiugong grid talent inventory indicators to expand to 25 Palace grid and thus more accurate personnel training.Finally for the SY company's management status increased the connotation of entrepreneurial talent to determine so as to better identify entrepreneurial talent for enterprises to inject fresh vitality.Through the study of SY's case study and analysis we conclude that talent management must be the whole process from interview to process assessment to the staff after the growth and development promotion and appointmen...
