In the corporation's operation there is a similar biology dependent chain, the correlated corporation have the same destiny. So, how to facilitate the corporation make the further development, how to use the symbiotic pattern investigating the stabilization of the alliance, that will make both academic and realistic sense. For the most corporation which participate in the alliance are in the continuity dissymmetrical reciprocal hypothetic phase, though this mode can produce the energy, the dissymmetrical of the distribution make the s alliances instability. The paper use the Symbiotic Theory of the Ecoeconomic, explain the stability of the alliances in the way of bringing symbiotic energy and distributing the outcome. Furthermore, for understanding the factor which affect the alliance's stability we use the balanceable stratagem, analyzing the conflict between the cooperation and competition which affect the stability of the strategic alliances. We use the Statistics method, testify the hypothetic conclusion. We conclude that cooperation and competition between the both sides affect the stability of the alliance, indicate the stability of the alliance will be reverse with the minus of the cooperation and competition.
