The Study On Construction Of SMEs Ethics

With the quick development of social market economy, Especially our country has already joining WTO and melted into the economical globalization advancement, so our country material civilization construction has already achieved a new step , The people all over the country is making great efforts to build well-to-do society and establishing a harmonious social country, But mid- and small-sized enterprises have all sorts of problems in ethic aspect, seriously has already affected our social economy , Therefore ,we have to solve these problem and raise out some important measures after comprehensive analysis.This thesis includes three sections. In the first section, the author throws the general mid- and small-scale enterprise. After that, the author introduces the definition, characteristic and function of mid- and small-sized enterprises. Also tells us its history and Present situation.In the second section, the author thinks it is very necessary to strengthen the moral construction of mid- and small-scale enterprise. There are four reasons. The first reason is the quick development of social market economy. The second reason is economical globalization. The third reason has to undertake the social responsibility. The last reason is that mid- and small-sized enterprises appeare some moral problemsTo solve this problem efficiently, in the third section, the author thinks the methods have Intrinsic and external aspects. Concrete speaking, the author Points out should take following measures: (1) The Ethic education should be intensified in order to enhance the sense of abiding by credit. (2) The legal system should be perfected so as to strengthen the guarantee of the law. (3) The system of supervising and evaluating should be set up and perfected. (4) The government's affection should be brought into play. (5) The enterprises' functions should be enhanced.(6) staffs emotion should be Strengthened ( 7) staff should Setup the correct management idea .
