As a result of the development of the technology ,rising of Knowledge Economy as well as the environment globalization, the uncertainty has been increased much .Under such an uncertainly environment that the project of the developing product which is critical and important operational decision ,is faced with great risk. It is necessary that how to identify ,analyze and reduce the risk of the project for the management and the theory people.It is short of effective analytical method for the analysis and measurement of risk from project management for the complex nature , the continuous nature and the poor date of the project of the developing product As far as previous date are viewed, the analyze of the risk of the developing of the common points based on one aspect of the risk factor ,neither from a system, nor being a method closed to the reality . There is great short of effective analytical method for the analysis and measurement of risk from project management. Began with the definition of risk ,based on the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis ,from the analyze of the single risk factor by the method of Analytic Hiteracy Process(AHP) summarize the previous literatures on evaluation methods. From the important of the single risk factor to the whole subject the mechanism could be revealed.The dissertation, in which investigate risk evaluation of the project Intents to construct a systematic evaluation of project risk and reveals that how to solve the risk. Analyze the risk of the whole project by analyzing the comparative the single risk factor.
