Research On Evaluation Industrial Enterprises Self-innovation Capability In China

With economic development into the new stage in our country, all kinds of inconsistent and restricted factors are being accumulated continually. The way that remains economical growth by a large of devotion and consumption needs to be changed urgently; self-innovation is the most basic and effective way to choose. At present, improving enterprises self-innovation capability has become a key point to adjust economical structure, change the way of growth, and improve competence ability of country and area. So, realizing the essence of self-innovation capability accurately, understanding the effect of enterprises' innovation activities by evaluation systems scientifically, guiding industrial enterprises to improve themselves self-innovation constantly, are impending missions we must undertake now.Firstly, basing on summarizing research status quo in our country and overseas, the thesis defines correlative concepts and characters about industrial enterprises, technology innovation, self-innovation, self-innovation capability, and introduces some evaluation of innovation capability,for example: method of fuzzy synthetize evaluation, method of analytic hierarchy process, application of principal component analysis.Secondly, the thesis summarizes status quo of self-innovation in our country, at the same time analyses five aspects achievement and five aspects deficiency about self-innovation in our country.The thesis points out six aspects issues, such as deficiency of market system, and so on.Thirdly, basing on analyzing industrial enterprises self-innovation capability, The thesis constructs system structure of industrial enterprise self-innovation capability combining with a few of the second indexes, such as R&D devotion capability, manufacturing capability, marketing capability, making use of information capability and innovation harvest capability.Fourthly, the thesis selects entropy coefficient method to determine the weight of every factor in evaluation index system, and the thesis constructs matter-element model of self-innovation capability and uses correlation function to evaluate synthesis capability.Finally, the thesis makes a demonstration evaluation of self-innovation capability for 18 industrial enterprises of Heilongjiang province, and finds out the existing problems and deficiency in the self-innovation capability for our country's industrial enterprises, putting forward strategies and suggestions of intensifying industrial enterprises self-innovation capability from both the government and enterprise aspects.
