Study Of Industrial Innovation Ability And The Evaluation In The Northeast Area

Industrial innovation capability is critical to the regional economic development and theenhancement of regional competitiveness. For the northeast area, the enhancement ofindustrial innovation capability is beneficial to realize the strategic planning of the northeastold industrial base put forward by the nation, and then to achieve the upgrade of industrialstructure.This paper first reviewed the related theory of industrial innovation, providing the theorybasis for the development of industrial innovation capability evaluation index system.Secondly, in order to evaluate the industrial innovation capability of the northeast area, inaddition to select Jilin Liaoning Heilongjiang Provinces, Shandong Jiangsu GuangdongProvinces are also chosen as the research sample. Through calculation and comparison, thispaper finds the characteristics and existing problems of northeast area’s industrial innovationcapability. Finally, based on the status quo of northeast area’s industrial innovation capability,this paper provides corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from two aspects ofindustrial technology innovation and industrial system innovation.
