Study On Reverse Logistic Operating Mode Under Different Objectives

In china, the reverse logistics was paid attention by scholars and industries in recent years. From the perspective of the society, good reverse logistics can be effective in the use of resources and energy, protection of the environment and sustainable economic development of our nation. From the perspective of enterprises, good reverse logistics not only can accumulate product data, which provide basic data for prediction and making decisions, establish a corporate image to fulfill their social responsibilities, but also is important marketing methods to keep customer's loyalty. From the customer perspective, the good management of reverse logistics can make them consume at ease, it also brings value-added effect. After all, good Reverse Logistics Management is very important to the enterprises.In this thesis, I'm aimed at combining reverse logistics theoretical study of foreign scholars and enterprises' concerns and practices of reverse logistics in china, using the methods of economics and management in the traditional logistics and other areas. I also want to propose a decision-making model of implementing reverse logistics from the perspective of manufactures and make a little contribution to the academic study of reverse logistics.This thesis begins with the brief definition, contend and classification of the reverse logistics. On this basis, the ideas and structure of the article is put forward. Then, using the core competence theory of management and economics, the transaction cost theory, Game theory and strategic alliances theory, the mechanism of reverse logistics model of enterprises is elaborated as its theoretical basis. Outsourcing can be segmented to be some outsourcing and complete outsourcing. The main four logistic models self-support, joint venture, some outsourcing and complete outsourcing will be introduces in details, such as their advantages and disadvantages and their adaptabilities. Then, this thesis proposes the corporate objections of implementing reverse logistics and the factors of their operations model. Finally, in the objection difference, this thesis analyzes the enterprises' operation model decision from a macro-level, and considers the impact of different reverse logistic model on the finance, product, and customers and so on, FAHP is chosen to analyze the enterprises reverse logistics, and this method is used to the choice of enterprises reverse logistics. In the end, I use several specific examples to prove the theory.
