The Research For Mechanism Of Ability Of The Independent Innovation Forming In Industry

In this world, the competition is in the field of economy and science and technology. So the innovation is becoming the key in improving economy and the competition ability of technology, and lasting resource and energy for industrial enterprise. But because extensive model has not worked any more in China, the problem for lacking of innovation is clearer, and the economy has been blocked. Therefore, on the condition that enterprises' confrontation in severe international competition, the research into mechanism of independent innovation in order to survive and develop in longer future, can be not only of theoretical value, but also of realistic significance.This article starts with declaring the background and significance, and theories about independent innovation in China and overseas in order to elucidate the reason of researching, and then defining some conception about the ability of the independent innovation and introduces some theories as base, and summarizes the situation and questions existing in independent innovation of our country, then analyzes the reasons of the questions. All these as evidence are provided government as strategies and policies.The thesis constructs ability system of enterprise independent innovation from the systematic aspect. The system consists of two kinds of factors. Among them, the external independent innovative elements are difficulty of buying technology, changes of technological tracks and the favor from outside. The internal independent innovative elements are composed of several forces including the longing for innovation, the human resource and capital.The thesis makes a further exploration of the mechanism of enterprise independent innovation, on the basis of elaborating the relative relations for elements of independent innovation, and getting some classical models of courses of ability of independent innovation, and proving them with real cases of enterprises.In the end, considering the factors in the mechanism of independent innovation, the thesis puts forward strategies and suggestions of intensifying enterprise independent innovation from both the government and enterprise aspects: the government should control external elements and cultivate internal elements; enterprises should pay attention to external elements and intensify internal elements. All these presented strategies and policies provide scientific evidence for governmental establishing development strategies for science and technology and for the provision of effective decision-making reference for the actively developing independent innovative activity.
