Many compartmentalization criteria and supporting policies made by Chinese government tend to serve big state-owned enterprises when we were in the period of planned economy system. Until the reforming and opening, the status and contribution of small enterprises started to be recognized by the government. However, comparing the developmental level of domestic small enterprises with those in developed foreign countries, we are far behind them in many aspects such as development time, productivity, management, and so on. It's very significant for the development of our domestic small enterprises to study and construct their corporate culture system.In this paper, we aim. at the material problems of constructing the corporate culture of small enterprises. Starting with the relative situation and basic theories of corporate culture of small enterprises, we contrast the domestic and western characters of small enterprises. On one hand, we fully analyze the characters of corporate culture of foreign small enterprises. By using the distillate of it for reference, we combine the construction of the eastern and western corporate culture of small enterprises. On the other hand, we point out the three major misconceptions of current formation of the corporate culture of domestic small enterprises, and hope it will provide a caution to the subsequent small enterprises which will construct their own culture. Further more, we bring forward the general ideas and depict the tragedy of constructing our corporate culture of small enterprises. In the conclusion section of this paper, we summarize the whole content, as well as put forward some advice of the writer and some problems which are expecting the further solutions.
