Human resource is the most important strategic resource of small and medium-sized private enterprises,And become the leading factor for small and medium-sized private enterprises to participate in competition and seek development,Positive influence and even change the development of every modern enterprise,This is a rare opportunity for the development of small and medium-sized private enterprises,It is also a challenge for the development of small and medium-sized private enterprises.The human resource management of small and medium-sized private enterprises should innovate the management mode and establish the human resource management system in line with the times.Based on reality,Take Fujian a private enterprise as an example,Based on X theory,y theory,Z theory and two factor theory,This paper systematically analyzes the current situation and problems of human resource management in a private enterprise,such as human resource planning,training and development,performance appraisal,salary incentive,corporate culture,HR professionalism,etc,Based on the problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as strengthening the strategic adjustment of human resource management,strengthening performance and objective management,improving the construction of salary system,improving the training system,improving the level of HR specialization,and strengthening the construction of corporate culture,The purpose is to provide a certain theoretical and practical reference for the human resource management of a private enterprise,and to promote the healthy and stable development of a private enterprise.
